Update: it turns out Banjo's couldn't care less. I sent them an email and received an automated response saying they would be in touch "as soon as possible", then nothing. That was over a week ago.

Lousy service, stood at the counter for about 5 min waiting while two staff served a que of two, the que grew to about 6 all had arrived after me, a third staff member arrived and ignored me and called the next person, so I left what I was going to purchase on the counter and walked away, the cafe across the road served me straight away.

Staff took the order wrong and refused to replace it. Food is also not as nice as hoped.

I like there breakfast everyday before work they would take $20 a day so that’s $100 a week $200 a fortnight and bloody $400 a month so what I’m trying to say is that jf it was not for me doing this then I think this establishment would go into debt and close up statewide. My money is worth 3 times as much as anybody else why because I’m a gold liner and straight shooter. I even left a 20c tip before that must of got the staff pumped to go about there day I always like to leave enormous tips like that I makes me feel fuzzy inside and out so yeah what I’m trying to say is that I more ales down this place but spending $20 a day here since it’s opening, talking about the opening day I sleep outside all night the previous night before making SURE I was the first ever customer.

Average food . Bakers need to be re-educated or replaced . The food is dry, crumbly, and has no dynamic taste. Chocolate flavoured sweets taste like the bakers bought home brand chocolate from Woolworths and just cooked it up on a stove . Orientation is like childlike, I'd honestly trust my own kids to produce better looking cakes.

I've just been to Banjos Shoreline shop. I was the only customer. There were three staff behind the counter, two were arranging the shelves, the other was leaning on the counter right in front of me talking to her friend. None of them wanted to serve me. One of them called out 'can I help you?" after I had already walked away. I don't think I'll bother with Banjos again, it's not like they're cheap enough to make it worth putting up with surly staff.
